Adventures with a toddler

Yesterday Ali and I went to Playgroup In the Park , it is an annual event held in Geelong, Victoria. This year it was held at the Eastern gardens Play space. I hadn't been to the play space before and I was very impressed by it.
The play space is fully enclosed and is wheelchair friendly, it even has a swing for those in wheelchairs.

There was face painting, live bands, a puppet show, lots of craft activities and lots of thing to play with, and even a little petting zoo full of farm animals.

Today Ali and I have visited the Geelong Art gallery  and we checked out the "Chapter & Verse" exhibit and the "Ex Libris- the book in contemporary art" exhibit as well as "The Hard Times Dance " Exhibit.  The Gallery staff are lovely and friendly, they had a chat to Ali, who was very excited and yelling in gibberish and yelling "go go go".   It is a lovely place to visit, very peaceful and the gallery runs regular activities for children on school holidays. I am hoping to get the boys to go to some of the upcoming workshops.
